Originally from Calabria, Giuseppe Lamanna began his first experience in the kitchen at the age of 16, steadily growing in the field of gastronomy until, at 27, he earned the role of Head Chef, leading brigades of up to 15 cooks.
In 2021, he joined the restaurant La Collina dei Ciliegi, embarking on his journey as Chef in an enchanting, romantic setting, immersed in nature among the vineyards of Valpantena.
Thanks to his expertise and his team of professionals, every guest has the opportunity to enjoy an exceptional menu, discovering in each dish the treasures of Lessinia.
