WINEMAKING
Crushing-destemming of the grapes.
A short cold soak on the skins.
Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature between 12°-15°C.
FOOD PAIRING
Excellent with risottos and main courses of fish, it is interesting to combine it with young and fresh goat and sheep cheeses.
Best served at 8°-10°C.
SENSORY PROPERTIES
Pale straw yellow colour, on the nose it is expressed with notes of fresh white flowers and white pulp fruit, in the mouth it is soft, fresh and extremely pleasant.
