WINE MAKING
Crushing-destemming of grapes
Fermentation temperature: 22°-28° C.
Maceration time: 10 days Second fermentation on Amarone and Recioto marcs.
Ageing in oak barrels for 9 months.

Perfect in a variety of occasions, pleasant when tasted with rich appetizers and perfect with roasts and mixed grill.
In winter, it delights evenings among friends without being too obtrusive. A good listener, it knows when it is appropriate to cut in, bringing harmony to every speech.
Best served at 18° C.
SENSORY PROPERTIES
Intense ruby red.
The nose is rich and complex, with some of the classic fragrances of the Amarone; intense hints of plum, marasca cherry and wild berries, cinnamon and licorice.
The palate is astonishing, dry and very soft, with elegant and balanced tannins.
