It pairs well with important first courses, BBQ meat and seasoned cheese.
If served fresh, it goes well with grilled fresh-water fish, such a trout or perch from the lake.
Best served at 18°-20° C.
CHARACTERISTICS
Ruby red with purple hues.
The nose is of intense wild berries with hints of vanilla and spices.
The palate is dry, full-bodied, delicate and harmonious.
