Excellent as an aperitif. It is the wine par excellence, to go with oysters, caviar, foie gras, plateau royal, and large fish with sauce, duck à l’Orange, poultry meat and feathered game. Its fine bubbles glamorize any event and ceremony.

Intense straw yellow, crystalline colour; the nose is very fine, rich and sumptuous with a complex bouquet of flowers, dried fruit with notes of citrus fruit and herbs; dry and round on the palate, full-bodied and well-balanced, with a long aromatic persistence.
